In 1976 Chile, Carmen heads off to her beach house. When the family priest asks her to take care of a young man he is sheltering in secret, Carmen steps onto unexplored territories, away from the quiet life she is used to. 

The film won seven awards including the Best Ibero-American Film Award at the 2023 Palm Springs International Film Festival and was nominated for 14 international awards.
