About JFF
The Jordan Film Fund (JFF) is a Jordanian financial scheme founded and financed by The Royal Film Commission – Jordan (RFC) in 2011. The JFF is dedicated to funding cinematic projects, empowering local and Arab filmmakers.
An annual call for applications, usually launched in spring, offers the opportunity to submit your project for consideration. Whether you’re creating a fictional narrative or capturing reality through a documentary, JFF's support extends across various categories, genres, and phases, from development to distribution.
For Jordanian cinematic feature narrative and documentary projects, JFF offers financial support covering development, production, post-production, and marketing & distribution. Arab cinematic feature narrative projects can also apply for co-production support, promoting regional collaboration. Additionally, JFF supports the production of Jordanian short films in different categories, including narrative, documentary, experimental, and animation.
